Sportswoman since childhood, I started with artistic gymnastics which I practiced for many years before moving to weightlifting. After a few years of practicing in the gym, I discovered street workout which is a perfect mix between weightlifting and artistic gymnastics. This sport allowed me to maintain the strength side of weightlifting and the agility and performance side of gymnastics.

It's been 3 years now since I started Street Workout and more precisely calisthenics which is the static branch of street workout. I did my first competition in 2022 where I was able to meet dozens of athletes and the MX Sport team. If I decided to join their adventure, it's for and foremost to promote this practice among women, who are still rare in this sport !

Nowadays, I am a sports coach in weightlifting. When I have the occasion, I'm also teaching calisthenics' fundamentals to some Street Workout beginners - especially handstands which are my specialty ;).
